I do NOT currently smoke cigarettes/cigars or use any tobacco products.
I have regular cholesterol screenings done and have a normal level.
I have my blood pressure checked regularly and have a normal pressure.
I have a normal blood glucose level and have NOT been diagnosed with diabetes.
I have a normal (not overweight or obese) waist circumference.
I do NOT currently have depression, high stress, or other mental health issues.
I eat several servings of fruits and vegetables per day.
I drink alcohol in moderation (maximum 1-2 drinks per day) or not at all.
I do at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise per day on average.
I lift weights or do some type of resistance exercise at least 2-3 times per week.

WHAT DOES MY SCORE MEAN?

10 Points: Congratulations! You have a 70% chance of living to at least age 85 without mental or physical disability.

7-9 Points: Very good! Keep up the good work. 10 points is within your reach. You have a 60%-65% chance of living to at least age 85.

4-6 Points: Good. However, still a lot of work to do. You have a 50% – 55% chance of living to at least age 85.

1-3 Points: Okay. Still need to make some major life changes soon. A 40%-45% chance of living to at least age 85.

0 Points: Need to change now! A 30%-35% chance of living to at least age 85.
